I am really trying hard to not let this faze me. In the meantime I came across a picture I took while standing on the scale for a challenge last year. Let’s just say I weighed less then....

Only 80 more days...time flies!
I believe in Tough Love. I am analytical and work best with a written plan so as to take the ‘guess work’ out of it. That’s one of the reasons I was attracted to the Blogilates 90 Day Meal Plan. Everything is spelled out, measured, marked, and calculated. I don’t have to think about it. Sure, I can make some minor substitutions and maybe even eat the same same thing...

Countdown...86 days to go...
Just catching up…yesterday and today were met with success, yesterday (day 3) being the hardest yet. I was hungrier, which may have been due to my hour long run the day before, but I powered through by drinking water and hot tea. I try to remind myself that dehydration can mimic hunger pangs, so the first response should be to drink water before grabbing a ‘cheat’.

Only 88 Days to Go!!
I could have been the poster child for this program yesterday. I ate everything I was supposed to AND ran for 60 minutes with my running buddy (some pretty intense hills by the way). I did much better with drinking all of the water and completely avoided sneaking in a handful of ChexMix. Yay for staying busy.
So far today I’ve been h-u-n-g-r-y. It cracks me up to read others stating...
